To develop maintain and administer a plan of fiscal management services. 

To be available to the Pastor at all times, prepare the elements and linens for Communion Sunday. To visit the sick and shut in and assist the ministers with Communion to those unable to attend church; also assist with baptisms. 

To ensure all local legal requirements related to the property of CCTOF are maintained.
